Please upload your Month-4 R (Right Eye), Month-4 L (Left Eye), and Month-4 B (Both Eyes) test results here. Be sure to print each chart on 8.5” × 11” white paper at 100% scale (not “fit to page”) for accurate results.
Why Month 4 Matters
Month 4 is a key transition point in the Vision Healing program.
At this stage, we begin working more precisely with the eye lens and the zonules, two structures that are essential for focus, clarity, and the eye’s ability to adjust.

Over years of visual strain, these structures can lose tone and responsiveness. Supporting them directly is an important step toward long-term, functional improvement, not just temporary relief.
To guide this next phase accurately, we need your Month 4 Eye Test results.
Important: Access to the Month 5 Lens & Zonules Audio
The Month 5 Vision Healing audio has been specifically created to support the eye lens and zonules.
Because this audio is highly targeted, it will be made available only via a private link and only to participants who submit their Month 4 Eye Tests.
Submitting your tests allows us to:

How to Submit the Month-4 Eye-Test
Step 1: Download & Print the Eye Test Package (If you have not done so already)
Step 2: Complete the Month-4 Eye Test
Read the instructions carefully, then do the Eye Test for:

Right eye (M4-R)

Left eye (M4-L)

Both eyes (M4-B)
Log every line you can read, and record your results in the Vision Log table provided.
⚠️ Note: Without submitting the Month-4 Eye Test, you will not be enrolled in the Month-5 program or receive access to the Lens & Zonules audio.
**Please make sure to TAKE THE EYE TEST WITH YOUR GLASSES OFF. This allows us to test your natural vision, not your corrected one.
